For over 25 years, I've devoted myself to unleashing human potential by nurturing self-awareness and self-agency – collaborating with students and organizations to create personalized, practical solutions that leverage strengths, reduce barriers, and result in transformative outcomes. Whether I am working with individual families or in learning communities, my abiding goal is to think both expansively and inclusively about all learners to help them thrive.

My expertise covers a wide range - from professional development and instructional design to understanding neurodiversity and learning differences, mentoring leaders, evaluating programs, and advocating for students. I leverage that breadth of knowledge to craft the best possible approach for each client. I build strong, trusting relationships so that compassion and collaboration pave the way for positive change. Schools and organizations hire me to design customized learning support systems, facilitate workshops, and serve as an advisor they can rely on.

As adults, we generally gravitate to work that we like or are good at. However, our education systems function with a deficit mindset, focusing so much time and resources on what students can’t do. Ultimately, my work serves to validate individuals — to leverage their affinities and strengths, and to strengthen vulnerabilities. I infuse hope by offering actionable, teaching and learning opportunities whereby any client can become the best version of their learning self.
