PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ADULT LEARNERS

Although we recognize their children go through distinct developmental stages, we often forget that adults do too!

I present workshops in schools and organizations that untangle adult development frameworks so that participants leave with a clear sense of how they best learn in their work environments.

The framework also helps adult learners understand how to best receive and give feedback that is aligned with their learning style and that fosters healthy, constructive climates in the workplace.

I believe that doing this initial, grounding exploration ensures the participants/adult learners to be more receptive and engaged in professional development initiatives.
